It’s Thanksgiving here in the U.S., and throughout the years, for personal family reasons, it’s been a challenging time. We lost a precious family member on Thanksgiving day many years ago, and it’s affected everything.
The meaning of gratitude is constantly reviewed, and today, I found myself wanting to visit a special place where I took refuge when I discovered that my young friend had died, the end of October a couple of years ago, and I wanted to connect with her.
I had spent one Thanksgiving with her family and I am thinking of them now, as I know how much they miss my friend.
I feel her spirit now, and I am very familiar with the winds of change. I am counting all my blessings, all the wonderful people in my life, and I am always thinking of those who maybe want to feel a little less alone.
I’ve been posting here daily for the whole month of November and will continue until the 30th. Wishing everyone a sense of peace and a deep feeling of safety and connection with their loved ones, and if your loved ones have crossed over, know that they love you and are always by your side.
