I’ve developed a mostly dry cough and fluctuating energy. Still have a way to go in healing. Trying to drink more fluids.

Thank you, Ka. This virus is an opportunity for patience. I was able to do a couple yoga poses today and play with the dog which tired me, but at least I got off the couch.
