The artist in me took this photo. I wanted a very simplistic representation of my pregnant belly. Had I more time then I would have experimented more with light and color but all that could be manipulated at a later date.
Sitting at the dinner table eating serving my daughter her favorite snack that started with her eating out of my bowl, we talked about when I was pregnant with her. So I went looking for a video to share with her and haven’t found it yet. But I did find this picture.
And, it pleased me. So, I wanted to share.

I’ve heard that from others, but don’t have kids or that experience. I suspect it has diminished my life on many levels.
It’s possible. However there is lots to enjoy about life by tapping into our inner children. It’s still a process for me, too!

Oh I can see that! That’s one of my favorite cards. Once I saw a psychic healer in Hawaii who told me that her painting of that card that hung on the wall, jumped off the wall, the day before our visit. She said it was a sign for me. I also received the name “Ka” on that day.

Aw, the be pregnant again. It is a wonderful experience. I wish all could experience it. It saddens me that some women can’t. I even feel for men, many of whom I sure would relish that state of being full with new life.
