Patient hum

Slowly breathing in and breathing out

Silent muster within, without

Sitting until there’s no hurry, no fury

Sitting within the smell of curry

Slightly warm, the buzz begins

Surfacing air, the morning’s thin

Soaking skin the sound of kin

Saturated, connected, loving within.

  1. Love this poem, but especially love this photo of you and how it conveys the essence of your words. Such a beautiful capture of your spirit and I love the giant sunflower field – my favorite flower! Love to you sweet sister!

          1. Right now I’m working on all these comments that somehow got clogged (I didn’t get the notifications for many of them and some I thought I approved and then a 3rd category— I never saw them!!!)

            So sorry love. 💗

💃 time to dance away my blues…. 💙🦋😨

          1. Oh no! 😟 I’m so so sorry. I just rediscovered this area that has comments that got clogged or held up for no reason! I’m bummed and sad this has happened—so I’m going through them now.

Go figure this poem is “patient hum”

Welp, I’ve gotta be patient with me too and technology! Yikes 😬

            Love you! Thank you!!! 🙏🏻
