Write from the heart
Even when when your voice trembles
or feels uncertain.
When it Squeaks.
Write your wounds, your mishaps
share what teases you, fears you.
Program your mind to accept it all
With the confidence that you are okay
Allow your mistakes to shape you
Allow your life to feed you bitter wisdom
Even if that is the only wisdom available.
Be honest.
Hold true.
Listen to your heart. It’s here for you, to
Trust it. Best of all, to live it.
Find all the words it would say and live through them.
Wonderful. That’s what we all need to hear. Thank you for saying these wise words so gently.. ❤️🤗
I couldn’t agree with you more! 💗💗💗
Yay 🤗❤️
🥰xoxo
The poem is for me the space par excellence to save myself, to exorcise demons and also to find myself, because in poetic writing everything is about a journey, always continuous, towards oneself.
Your poem is really great. A hug
Oh your words, in response, are a poetic salve! You received it exactly as it was meant! A hug returned 🤗
💖
It’s nice to know that it is like that
I agree 😃💕
‘Best of all, to live it.’….This to me is key. Such powerful and beautiful words….
Thank you very much, Janet. I think those lines build off of yesterday’s poem- living is embodying it through “do.be.do rest (and reflect)”
EXactly X
☺️
Tremendous !! ❤
Oh, I’m so glad that you liked it! Makes me happy! 😃
Everyday has been a surprise !!! You are on a roll-aye !!! ❤
Yay! 😁
Yes, it is a very profound journey when we see that truth through it. Well versed Ka 😀❤️🙏

“With the confidence that you are okay” This is so important to realize. It gives me courage.
This is so wonderful to know. 💖
Thank you for telling me! 💕
I think for me, writing is first therapy and then art. Thanks for this, Ka.
Beautiful, Pam. You know for me it goes through writing and art and they weave together in so many ways. My meditation practice and healing practices are extensions of that. Thank you so much for sharing that this poem has meaning for you. Big big Hug!! 🥰
Back at you, Ka. ;0)
