Hot cider
Warm coffee
Espresso is clear.
Brisk steps and pleasantly swept to breakfast

Gaia gives me so much. I feel like I open to her love and she’s just there pouring it in all the time (even when I don’t know it). She is a gift Ka, and the beauty goes on forever. Same places seen again can even truly amaze us, seeing a greater view with a wisdom we have now gained. And I think a coffee admiring such a lake with a nice old volcano watching you would be a delight too. As long as it doesn’t decide to awaken and speak too loudly 🤣😂

Of course an extinct one would be best. I’m reading a book called “Tattoos on the Heart” by Gregory Boyle right now and it’s also contributing to the imbibing of what love can offer: boundless compassion. When I look at views with all the beauty, there seems no end to what is possible to open into. I had a wonderful visit from my father for this holiday, to be with my little family, so it has been extra special in many ways! Thank you for visiting and being here, Mark! How are your sights and sounds this time of year?
Seeing and listening well Ka as our summer is just about to start and the lake out front is filling with the sounds and sight of so much nature. And especially the gift of listening to the swans at night calling across the water. A delight.
And glad you had a visit from your father to celebrate family, sometimes dad’s can get a bit distant with life as it is. But that sometimes is made that much more special because it does come together to share, and appreciated more because of it.

Our summer solstice is only 3 weeks away Ka. And I just walk out onto my balcony for a view over the entrance to our lake system down here. And my friends force me to walk most days along the shore or the beaches with a coffee in hand and watching the ocean and its life go by. And I am determined to get a dolphin shot in somewhere. I keep promising everyone I’ll get one but every time I see a pod I’m too far away, haven’t got my phone on me or too mesmerized in what is happening 🤣❤️🙏
