Dr. Joe Dispenza Progressive Retreat

The eclipse of the moon in Virgo passes and transcendent thoughts continue to arise. I’m writing this quick piece within the energy of the last day of this event. I will be turning off my phone shortly.

Every human I interacted with I love from the feelings of forever being known in my heart. When I turn off my senses and go into meditation, I let go the über driver, who we also connected, and I recede from all things outside my 5 senses. I become new again by dropping myself into the field.

This field and void is the same one I go into when I am meditating with my Buddhist Sangha, when I am sitting alone in the mornings, or afternoons. This field is the precious pregnant emergent edge of all there is.

Dwelling regularly in the beats of these soft moments, rain or shine, lightning or gray and dull. There’s room for all things to become nothing and for me to live in my own grace.

I’m inviting you into the field with me! Come make your peace and affirm your inner power to create your life, your universe, and your body.

May all beings be free from suffering.

May all beings thrive.

I’m in the 100th year of the old Shrine building in Los Angeles. The city has great energy this weekend. Everyone at the hotel is kind, easy-going. It’s probably because they are all retreat attendees, but no, it’s the staff. Los Angeles is not yucky. The energy is grounded and bustling. People here have dreams and creativity and I can feel it in the air.

May peace be yours…

As it spreads…

Unbroken waves of coherent intentions…

Going into the ALL for the ALL

🥰🌊

    1. If you have more trips to Los Angeles, it’s gonna be easier for me to meet with you on the planet 🌎 ! 😍 You are most welcome, Yassy, my soul sibling ✨⭐️✨💫🌌 So glad to share space and timelessness with you! 🩷😌 Happy and contented 🤗

  2. Oh Ka….. I am more than a little envious of your retreat with Dr Joe… I have followed his work for many a year along with Gregg Braden and Bruce Lipton.. The three amigos .. 🙂 I have no doubts that this event was everything you say and more… Knowing too how many healings have also taken place at his events too.. Sending much love your way… As you float back down to ground again.. Much Love xx Sue xx ❤

    1. Hi Sue, I hope you get the opportunity!! He hadn’t done a progressive retreat here in 4 years or something like that. Yes you and I long ago connected over these individuals. If you remember, I wrote a post about a book that Bruce Lipton wrote with Swami Beyonananda, aka Steve Bhaerman, called “Spontaneous Evolution” I’ll have to see if I can link it here later. Swami (who cowrote the book with Bruce) and I met in person at a Unitarian church in Santa Cruz and he and I talked extensively about the book, and so many topics. I also met Joe Dispenza back in 2012 at a chiropractic event at Life West College. It was only a couple of years later I began my journey and subsequently finished my Doctorate of Acupuncture. Joe’s work has been there on the same periphery and during my meditations I connected to a deeper aspect of the field where I was back in South Africa in 2001 after I had my own thoughts just 3 years prior at 18 years old about beliefs creating reality. Anyways, in South Africa I met a man who wrote down on a napkin almost all the same teachings and thoughts around beliefs and habits and creating reality. Joe was just starting to bring his teaching internationally, he said, yesterday, in the early 2000s. So, I have done a mini full circle just now. I love all the research Joe has done since all that introduction to him years ago. He’s really built a massive volume of evidence—the largest database! The social work and foundational work of his closest students is also so impressive.

I’m really looking forward to taking my family on a week long retreat with Joe when my daughter is a bit older.

I really wanted to loop you in, knowing your great appreciation. 🙏🏻☀️🥰😍. Wishing you a marvelous week! Éirinn go Brách! My Celtic vibes are up big time today and we having a nice earthy day. xxxxx 💓🌞💓🌞💓🌞

      1. You have a good memory Ka… And so, yes Full circle fitting I feel, for this particular time. And I have no doubts when your daughter grows older she will be following in her Mum’s footsteps to such events..
Thank you Ka…. and Happy St Patricks Day, what is left of it… Hugs your way xx ❤

        1. Hi Sue! I found the post here:

Spontaneous Evolution: Bruce Lipton and Steve Bhaerman (2011)

It seems like such a long time ago. And, I guess it was! Here we are, having known each other all this time. I have not re-read this post since I wrote it. I know and remember us talking about this topic but I don’t see your comment here. That’s interesting! Happy 😃 rest of the week, too, Sue Dreamwalker! 🩷☘️🌞
          May we evolve for all.

          1. Yes its interesting… But I am not surprised… I have been having a few Mandela effect recently… I have remembered things differently than they actually occurred or visa versa LOL 🙂
Keep shinning your Light Ka xx ❤

    1. Me too, Karen! It’s true. My life is full, and so is yours! We are so fortunate to be on the planet at this time despite that it’s very challenging! Sometimes I think the challenges are really truly forming us. As Joe says, “your overcoming is your becoming.” Have a wonderful week!

  3. I don’t associate anything good with LA, but that’s because I am usually just trying to drive through it!😂 I’m so happy to hear you are connecting with good people and diving into your happy place, I have no doubt your work is going to change lives for the better!❤

    1. Hi Tiffany! Haha your comment made me laugh. I shared it with my husband and he’s like “you’ve already changed many peoples’ lives for the better!” He’s a sweetheart, my man. Yes, my work brings me to interesting places and also develops me quite a bit. I can only imagine what it would be to be like “Dr. Joe Dispenza” with his immense impact. Can you imagine just how many people he has reached? He was incredible before he even healed himself—surviving being hit by a car while doing a triathlon while he was a chiropractor. Then surprising all doctoring by foregoing a Harrington Rod surgery that he was told he NEEDED or he’d never be able to walk again. You know what he did? He healed himself by creating a new body, a new self. And now, he explains the power of placebo AND the mind that can make you healthy (since it can also make you sick) and he’s created a tremendous body of evidence and research, here, in San Diego. How many peoples’ minds did he change?! Ripping out for each person who has healed. Long live Joe Dispenza’s work! He says it’s 50% passion. So there you go! What an inspiration! 🩷🤗 hugs Tiffany! You are one of the unique bloggers I got to show up for in person.

Please drop me a petal from your beautiful self and let me know that you visited :)
