Gemini New Moon Spark of Thought, Word, Creation

Gemini New Moon

With the energy forging (Aries) form with mind (Gemini), I’m abuzz. We have had more picnics, get togethers and parties in the last few days than a while. It’s been a nice balance of peacefulness, lots of nature, birds, speaking, and more depth in brief communications.

With all the aspects to Pluto in this New Moon it seems to be facilitating that depth within connecting, while also bringing in levity and flexibility.

It’s a great time to study, write, speak, schedule, plan a design, prep for summer, program, tech work, logistics, home organization, and even socializing and lounging. It’s also good to play a sport that involves logistics and communication, coordination and/or embarking on joining such a team, event or similar project.

Venus and Mars are in trine in Fire signs so inspirations and sparks are available in dating, making new alliances and balancing masculine and feminine expressions.

Have a great time. Uranus is a little bit close so don’t be surprised about surprises there’s still room for that. Regardless there’s lots of fire 🔥 in this chart and fire works well with air (Gemini). Gemini conjunct moon ♊️ in trine with Pluto in Aquarius is auspicious for communities and connections. There’s a strong basis for active harmony right now.

May your end of the school year moments, and turn of the season/ late spring find you being fulfilled! Oh, drink lots of water!

Thanks for reading. Speaking of: what are you reading right now (books) ? What are you planning to read next?

      1. I have missed all of your posts. It’s going to be a treat reading you again. I kept you close to my heart even though I wasn’t here. Dear ka, dear Ka 🤗 thank you .. you .. the gentlest of all .. your precious words warm my heart. Thank you ❤️

  1. Hi Ka,
This new moon is on my IC, square natal pluto. I am reading The Myth of Normal by Gabor Mate, Spare by Prince Harry on Audible, and revisiting ( didn’t finish) A World Apart by Susanne Antonetta. It is about neurodiversity.

Love this post. What are you reading?
    Happy lunation!

    1. Thanks for your reply, Linda 🙂 I’m super glad you loved it. I’m getting new astrology software soon, so I’m excited for new analysis opportunities in the near future! Right now, I am reading too many things at once. I have a stack of books–all acupuncture and herbalism. My primary one for fiction fun is a called, “True Colors,” by Kristin Hannah. Following that I will get to read a book about Chinese medicine mixed with fiction and I’m nearly drooling trying to manage my busy life while anxious to start the newest book! First I will finish “True Colors.”

How is “Spare,” I would like to read (or listen to that at some point)? Other books look great. I love when people share what they are reading! Soon Uranus will be in Gemini and I’ll be really speed reading (wink). This is a time to be thankful for my Mercury Trine Uranus in my natal chart! I better get to it!

      1. I am enjoying Spare. It is in Harry’s voice and I find him humorous, bright, and different that what I have gleaned through the media. I recommend it so far. Glad you are finding time to read. Many people don’t know the joy of a good book. Love your Mercury trine Uranus. I have the sextile myself and it had both pros and cons. However, glad to have it in my chart. Which software are you getting? Congrats, this is always exciting.

        love, Linda

        1. Oh thank you. Good to know re: Spare! I’m almost done with my book with so many interruptions to my reading! This book is GOOD! The new software is a beta test. I’ll get to try it very soon, so I’ll keep you posted. It is VERY exciting. 🤩 it’s also difficult to pronounce/spell etc. but it will likely open up a lot for me.

  2. Reading keeps the mind active Ka. Currently reading a fantasy series with a little light side serve of php computer programming language. And for dessert a small catch up plate of archeology. Someone taught me to speed read at school which has a very detrimental effect on me. I just get ‘into’ a story and its over. The only thing that satisfies is at least a 25 book series with a great story in it. I think I’ll have to write one myself 🤣 Great post kind lady, maybe its speaking to me on that ‘thought, word and creation’ side of it 🤗❤️🙏

    1. Yes, reading keeps your mind active. I guess this is spoken as one who is retired. Are you retired? I didn’t think you were. I want to know more about what you intend to program with php! That’s more web-based, if I remember correctly. It’s a script language vs. a machine language. I am SO GLAD I asked you this question. Always learning more about you, Mark! You are really making me laugh, too, about the speed reading. Good for you. Reading is like dry grass catching fire, for you! So when are you writing this 25 book series with incredible character development that fills into a tremendous story? You got this. 🙂

      1. I would love to do a 25 book series Ka, if I had the time 🤣 And yes the PHP is for web design but used for a lot of other things as well. And I’m not honestly retired, they put me out to pasture because of 2 measly crushed disks in my neck. Hence studying PHP. The Diploma was to keep me off the streets from, trying to heal the world 😂
Before all that, I have a Diploma in Aquaculture (fish farming), and a Diploma as a Remedial Massage Therapist, trained as a technical Assistant for Communications, Metering & Protection, and training as a Power Linesman…and I’m only 24 🤣
Ok, ok, I’m 66 on 30th June. And I will celebrate (if I remember 😂), with a nice coffee on the beach while watching the dolphins tease me in and out of the water while I try to take a picture 🤗❤️🙏

  3. Trying to get through a Greek edition of a retelling of the story of the Minotaur from the standpoint of Ariadne (the princess with the ball of twine). It’s called “Αριάδνη”.

I take it you have studied Astrology. My (very occasional) divinatory practice has never gone beyond the Limyran Oracle or a pendulum.

    1. I am really enjoying reading here what everyone else is reading— part of what makes blogging community so significant and fun. I’ve got about 5 books going, and that’s an approximation (by that I mean a pretend number, it’s probably really 10). My main book is fiction called True Colors by Kristin Hannah, due to some book sharing with friends and my sister. Besides that all my books are professional topics in Chinese medicine, Acupuncure, herbalism which is my main profession.

Yes, astrology found me at a young age, around 10 years old with more in-depth study over the last 34 years and counting. I have long been in the field of astrology and it was the reason for this blog being created in 2011– which was the main topic before branching into more sharing of my art and poetry sometimes on occasional and sometimes centrally. I find I have to keep my astrology topics more simplified for my current readers. But there’s a lot of depth available. Many of my friends are astrologers of various subsets and interests so we can talk shop.

Keep going with the divination. It’s a gift AND a skill. Anything can be used! 🌸 Pendulum use is not a bad start. If you aren’t working with people, clients friends and family all the time, then progress can be slower; but if you use it for yourself in life then you can still develop and it can be very fulfilling. In fact, I started that way as a young teen. I can use my hands instead of a pendulum but it’s still a very apt tool for many!

  4. Lovely forecast dear Ka…. Reading, Writing and creating what ever we are inspired to create is something I enjoy doing…. I am just finishing a book by Nora Roberts right now the third in a trilogy called the Island of Glass. Light and magical and mystical… 🙂 Sending much love across the ocean, and I am pleased I caught a post from you.. Lots of love xx ❤

    1. Hi Sue,

The trilogy you are reading sounds freeing. I might need to add it to my “virtual” and imaginary list. I have been less literal about this list lately. Just too much on it! It can’t even manifest on paper or e-document of any sort! Hah. Sending so much love back to you. Looking forward to checking in on your garden and all the things. 🙂 Time is fleeting, isn’t it? This is my little girl’s last few days of kindergarten!!! And we have a new fairy in the house. Thank goodness. A good house has lots of fairies 🙂

      Love you!

      Ka

      1. Oh wow… huge smiles at the new fairy.. 😆🤗😘
You just take care of yourself and the older fairy .
        Goodness kindergarten went so fast.

No worries on the visiting. Just look after you, and your busy busy schedule.

I’m still smiling so, soooo, wide…
        Much love my friend 🧡 xx ❤️ 😘 💕

          1. My dear friend: I do feel this deeply. I’m trying to also call in more collaborators into my life through human efforts to work together so that we can be of service to even more. We need to mobilize. 💗✨ I am here to support & be supported! 💪✨✨✨✨💎🙏🏼

  5. This new moon has challenged me deeply and has given me a huge opportunity to set new boundaries and to move forward in my truth! Definitely feel liberated for doing the work. Thank you Ka for your posts 💞💞

    1. Karen, you are so allowed, here, to be proud of yourself. I am proud of you. I mean most of us go through struggles unbeknowst… Setting new boundaries is one of the biggest and most important (needed) work for moving forward in your truth and setting yourself into a place of potential and authentic breathing life…wisdom, empowerment. When you say, “Definitely feel liberated for doing the work” it feels like your very apt “stick-breaking”post. Your gifts are so needed. I am so grateful for your posts, and your presence here, too!! What a great friend to have in this shebang we call…. paths to enlightment. I don’t say that lightly; and I dare say it!

      1. Aww thank you Ka. Your generous words and thoughts are received in gratitude. I appreciate you too my friend and this crazy shebang life!! 💞🙏🏻💞🙏🏻

  6. Happy to see you, Ka! I’ve been absent a bit and you have crossed my mind several times. Sure hope that all is well with you and yours. It sounds like you are busy…happily so! All great here…I am very involved in my new work and couldn’t be more grateful.

Sending lots of love and light ❤

    1. I’m so happy to see you here, Lorrie! So happy. I have really missed you! Yes the month of May had been exceptionally busy, and potentially over stimulating; but I stretched through it all, and now my capacity has grown-as is the norm lately, rather than overwhelm. So that’s fabulous.
Everything is wonderful overall; so far this year is also much better than last year, by at least 100% 🤣

I’m quite curious about your new work! Looking forward to catching up with all your creativity and goings on. I always miss being on the blog when I can’t be as much. But then I get around to it and it continues to be very satisfying!

Sending you Lots of Love and Light, too! Also extra hugs because you are indeed missed extra.

      1. Awwww…beautiful friend! Thank you so much. It is so nice to be welcomed back with such gusto and love!! I am very happy to hear that the year has seen major improvements…last year was a tough one!! I remember! And as far as “stretching,” I really like that. Yes…we stretch and then that is how we grow! And forget about “overwhelm!” That is overrated! Haha
I am currently in my pilot program called, Courage to Create…a 12 week experiential course to help female writers who are blocked, or who don’t launch their work (hello…sound familiar?) take back their power and put themselves and their work out there!! It has been such a wonderful process, and my ladies have been so generous…and have had incredible breakthroughs! I also have something else in the works…but won’t share until it is a done deal 😉

All good things, Ka! So great to catch up. It’s really great to “see” you ❤ ❤

    1. Hi Layla,

I will definitely be adding this book to my “virtual-imaginary” list. As I said to Sue, too many to read. I have physical books already in possession that make the visual queue. This is a good abundance-type problem to have! Thank you for sharing. I’ll be headed to Mexico this October so I might save this one for getting ready and the lead-up 🙂 Not, exactly sure where in Mexico, to be honest–longer story there. I bet this book has such satisfying language. Any book you are reading, Layla, knowing you: I would probably want it on my book reading list, too! 🙂 Can’t wait to visit your blog!

      Ka

          1. It’s ridiculous! I tried your blog and another’s yesterday and typed your whole urls into my reader search bar. Neither blogs would show up. I used both my phone Jetpack app and then my browser on my desktop using WordPress. I’ll figure it out or get there one way or another.
