  1. I don’t think I had bumped into you when that was posted first.

    You knew the answer, as the conclusion shows. But, to put it my way:

    It says, “Wait, through the darkness, the memory, the tears.” It says, “Hope, though Hope’s hands are bloodied from clinging on with desperate fingernails.” It says, “Don’t turn away, not completely, though you must cover yourself in silence for a while.”

    It says, “Tears of a broken heart are the proof of love, and it is a badge of honour when Hope weeps alone.”
