Hello, I don’t know if this post will work, but when I’ve written comments on Cheer Pepper posts, my comments aren’t working. I’m having technical difficulties and it’s a little bit frustrating because I have such little time and I really try so hard to devote myself to other people. My sincere apologies for those of you who don’t get to know that I am reading your blogs. The funny thing is that I did not get an error message.

I don’t think you are the only one experiencing such comment problems A friend on my blog was having difficulties leaving a comment on mine and one other blog… Seems some gremlins in the works.
Yes, thank you, Sue, I have heard similar from those trying to comment on my blog. It turns out that my comments were applied just fine in this case. The issue I had was that I wasn’t even getting an error message nor a message saying that the comment was awaiting moderation. We spend time reading and writing a comment, only to have no response when you hit enter. I have had this issue with other blogs, perhaps, intermittently. There is a separate issue where sometimes I am unable to have my phone app work with commenting, because it’s a circular pattern of inserting my info and the app not recognising that I am logged in, even though I am logged in. Having intermittent issues of different natures makes it harder to keep track of without extra, dedicated time. One has to contact customer service, for sure when the patient persists enough to the point of being able to communicate the problem with some level of consistency.
Yes I’ve had similar on phone, especially through the app, and logging in to comment on another’s post you then just give up after a time. It doesn’t happen all the time but it is very frustrating at times.

Interesting thought, Eddie. My comments that I wrote ended up going through. There was a moderation that was needed on the other end, but the usual “this comment is awaiting moderation message,” was not given. There was no message.
I think several bloggers are having comment problems ~ I did until only recently. I played around with the plugins in back. Something did the trick! All the best to you, Ka xx Hope you get it sorted soon.
Thanks, Christy. I seem to have it sorted in my commenting on other blogs—at least for now—but for me it wasn’t about controls, it’s just intermittent and who knows maybe has to do with cookies and behind the scenes aspects of which I am not aware when it happens. 🙂 Appreciate you!! 💗
