Aquarius Full Moon: Tune in and listen to the cosmic death poetry

I pulled a card for this full moon, for all of us. Since this full moon is energetically lit with an incredible, vivid contrast, I wanted to know more about the poetry Spirit told me about… and here it is in this card:

This card says, “The sense of loss was tempered with the joy of release and the promise of regeneration.” (Ryan & Matthews, 2011, p. 63)

That’s just the point of this full moon, perhaps. But there is more.

It does have some questions. Take your time reading them.

How can we stay “available” as an observer? How to be ‘in the poetry’ and not merely the object of its annihilation? How do we release the center-point of the obstacle within our framework as a ‘someone’ experiencing the ending of our former selves, cast off into flames? Can we not just go poof in the night, wake up gently, and be refreshed? Must the ending be so harsh?

If you’ve been feeling deeply from the nourishing invitation of the previous new moon in Cancer, you might have made yourself a softer bed to lie on, as you collapse into oblivion, that is…

The answer, I believe, is to tune into that lowest hum of the cosmic voice. It reads like poetry to your heart if it uses its ears…yeah you read that right, and it’s not mere synesthesia.

In true Aquarian style: the cosmos/your heart is saying something quite unique for each and everyone one of us. Your own body is the instrument to retrieve this. You use your senses to find it, but you also transcend those very senses in the process of recognizing them. Take your time. Read slowly.

So if this link down below doesn’t embed properly, it’s fair game to just tune in by yourself and putting “additional information” aside. (Looks like it ended up being a link. It should, at the very least, open in a new tab for you.) If you chose to tune into yourself and see if you heard anything, even better. The video at the link is long and you might not have the time for it, so precede with the text, instead. It’s your call.

With this Full Moon in Aquarius conjunct Pluto AND opposite the Sun in Leo conjunct Jupiter: the very ‘bright’ meets the very ‘dark.’ It’s a stark difference in consciousness for those who are observers. It’s full of endings and detachment. It’s a full moon for the record books that says, “this is what I learned (what burned), and this is what I definitely didn’t learn (I might do it again, I’m not safe yet!), and here’s how I am going to move forward, regardless (it’s time to be more brave and remove myself from attempting to control outcomes).” Why? Because outcomes are not the point.

The nodes have recently swept out of Pisces/Virgo, so we aren’t looking for either perfection nor redemption anymore. We have lost patience with anything like that. Do you see that Mars square Venus? That’s a nice, feisty aspect. It can bring the spicy you need for any additional purge. It adds additional rev and verve. Look closely, it might sparkle.

This is not your time to spring forward though. It’s more of a step-aside–a taking of assessment. Saturn recently stationed retrograde, which to me, supports my point. Take a deeper inward breath, and gaze at that dang navel. If you do this with gentleness, it will lead you back into the world of community, of humanity–the humanity that has hope and vision, and the one that WILL adapt. Because adaptation is really what is called for. Adaptation is your calling. It’s not a wholesale destruction. It’s an opening point that can only show itself after you’ve really allowed yourself to clear the smoke of all those fires within and without burning relentlessly… the Fires that have been blazing and necessitating your attention. We aren’t here to put out the fire. We are here to really get aligned with the purpose of the fire, really hear and know its message. That’s going to be different for each and every one of you.

I will mention, though, that with all that Leo energy, it’s quite possible you might spontaneously combust and burn into the person you weren’t meant to leave behind, leaving the luminosity of Spirit, the one who guides you, ever more at the forefront.

  1. Beautiful wisdom and truth in your deep understanding of the astrology and full moon Ka!
    👏👏 🌕 💫

‘The sense of loss was tempered with the joy of release and the promise of regeneration.’ This is exactly what I am moving through. May we all adapt and align with the purpose of our fire within!
    🙏🏻🧡

    1. Thank you so much, Karen. Your comments always land so beautifully for me, so affirming and with that sense of communing… it really brings me joy to post here and to blog beside you! 💖

Also, I notice today that some individuals have arrived at so much freedom, that their ability to give “permission” and “invitation” to others just shows up in their field—whether it’s because they are awakened or they are just so free and pure with their artistic muses, it flows so smoothly from the inside to out and all around… people around them just get so inspired. 😍

Many blessings to you, Karen!! Thank you for being a witness with me to this awesome experience of life we GET to live! 🤩

  2. That card says it well Ka. I almost died again from an accidental withdrawal from my steroid. It ‘shook my cage well’, cleared a few cobwebs, and began a new journey to feel the difference 🤣

Did I really tick these boxes? I’m sure most people just want to fall off a horse or build a house in this world somewhere 😂

Thank you for your share kind lady, my next journey will have lots of tropical islands, surf, red wine and cheese while watching the scenery go by in my jet 🤣❤️🙏

      1. Thank you kind lady, it was a journey to jolt me a little to see truly what I’m here for. Abrupt yes, but…to trust on that level takes a big step beyond our fears kind lady. It truly makes you look deeper and appreciate that this world may have its hard bits, but it has our hearts in its heart to help us 🤗❤️🙏

          1. Thank you Ka. My journey has allowed me to see and understand kind lady, even with the odd…calamity…thrown in. It just wants me to understand trust. And because I have touched ‘beyond down here’ it takes a little more of a nudge to get me out of my casual relaxed zone and ‘feel’ truly those parts I won’t understand unless I am nudged. But…that is what we all do, all in our own ways 🤣❤️🙏

          2. It is a beautiful, powerful journey down here Ka. And through it all we meet some very lovely angels who help and guide us, even some will trip us. But they all have a purpose, to guide us to that love that we are kind lady. I thank you for sharing your heart and guiding me to see that beauty within. Have a great day, breathe, and ‘know’ it does have meaning. In fact you’ve just given me the urge for a nice banana smoothie for lunch today. So I thank you…cheers 🤣❤️🙏

  3. What was the poetry that Spirit told you about? I’m guessing not necessarily something written in this world.

Are we not all the song of the cosmos? The poetry of the universe?

But poetry is sort of my department, so…

Loss… joy… regeneration… That sounds a lot like life itself. Not just the here and now. The cycles beyond cycles that whirl us from life to life, searching, hoping, seeking what was lost and forgetting nothing, really, is ever lost. But we are not actually “in” the poetry – rather, we are the stanzas; and we observe, as the universe sings us.

And this is the poetry of fire. Do not fear the harsh ending, for we burn to become what we always were, from the birth of our discrete spirits – part of, and one with, the eternal burning, the conflagration of the first, wild and unquenchable love and passion of Spirit itself. Our safety is in that fire, not apart from it.

So, maybe that spontaneous combustion is not such a bad idea after all…

Just my own musings, from a poetic standpoint.

    1. I love it. I love reading your own musings when you write via your own poetry, on your blog, and here (also) in response to me!

We are all the song, yes I agree. I had commented similarly in another thread with another person.. proves the point, right. 🤣 not that a point about it needs to be made! The primordial soup you speak of… the everythingness of every day and every poem and every heart… and cycles and rise and fall and consume and be consumed!

I’m personally “in” the poetry… burning. It’s fabulous, and not a problem. Unquenchable and shameless. Thanks for being here. 🔥

  4. This is so spot on for what this week felt like for both my sister and myself. We were both having vivid dreams with clear messages of what to release. It was quite odd. She’s an Aquarius and it seems like the nodal movement plus the full moon especially activated movement in her life. Love your words and beautiful mind as always🔥✨.

Please drop me a petal from your beautiful self and let me know that you visited :)
