Sometimes I get lonely

I’m growing very fond of WordPress’s time capsule that links me back to posts I published on this day in the past. This one re-read was while we had some mint chocolate-chip wafflecones after visiting with a very special neighbor who taught us ASL. 1. Thanks Brad! I’m far from lonely these days. I love and treasure my alone time, and miss it. But peace is for everyone!

      The hugs are always appreciated.

So many neighbors, friends, family and my daughter’s community, my clients and patients, an online ashram — all fill my days.

      It’s a full life.

The cookie and the savoring and the silence…

Thich Nhat Hahn is so special.

      Thank you for your visit.

Please drop me a petal from your beautiful self and let me know that you visited :)
